Yes, we do! Some of our larger items require our delivery. We'll instruct you on which items require our delivery when you reserve them. As well as what each of us is responsible for.

We offer free delivery, within a 10 mile radius of Sparta, OH, on orders of at least $100. A fee of $0.75 per mile round trip outside of our free service area.

Your rental items are confirmed as reserved, with the payment of your invoice, or with payment of deposit for larger orders. This should be done at least 14 days prior to  your event, to guarantee your items.

We understand you might change your mind, and that's ok. Cancellations should be done at least 14 days prior to your event, to get full refund of your deposit. We reserve the right to keep some, or all of your deposit, inside that 14 day time frame.

Once we have fully completed your order, we will email you an invoice to the email you provided. From there you will be able to pay by Credit/Debit card or Paypal. We also accept check, money order, and cash. Checks payable to Fullarrow Rentals.

We make every effort to make sure all orders are complete and exactly the amount your expecting, but mistakes do happen. We recommend upon receiving your items that you do a complete inventory, to ensure we've provided you with all you've paid for.  As well as confirm the same matching order is being returned us.

Contact us immediately, so we can fix our mistake. If we made a mistake, we'll bring your missing items ASAP,  free of charge.

What other items do you plan on offering in the future?

Complete responsibility for the care, and use of our rental items, falls on the person who enters into the rental agreement.  Rented items should only be used for the event, and at the location, for which they were rented. From the time you take possession of our items to the time we check them back in,  you are responsible for the care of those items.

MANY, MANY MORE! We are constantly adding to our inventory, and building on our selection. Reception and event services, flower arranging, portable restrooms, large tents, Bounce houses, Inflatable games, tables and chairs in different colors, equipment, and games, games games...just to name a few.

Can I setup anywhere?

Some parks and other public areas require certain permits. If you're wishing to set up at a public place, you should contact the office, or owner of that area. We will need a copy of any required permits, before we can deliver.

Only upon request, and at an additional cost. Some of our items require us to set up, but those have the setup cost already factored in. Cost of setup varies, depending on the quantity, and how difficult it is to access the area. If you think you'd like setup, we can discuss that with you, and help with planning and layout.
